Job description for Finance Supervisor at PT Tloong Ink Indonesia
**Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:**
1. Review the financial terms of sales contracts and issue commercial/tax invoices; manage customer accounts receivable.
2. Lead tax compliance work, including monthly/annual declarations of VAT (PPN), corporate income tax (PPh 25/29), etc.
3. Manage import and export customs declarations and tax declarations, and provide supporting financial and tax documents related to ink trade.
4. Review supplier invoices and payment applications to ensure compliance of payment procedures.
5. Responsible for general ledger voucher entry and financial statement preparation, and submitting quarterly investment reports and other legal documents.
6. Manage financial archives and accounting records, and assist in internal and external audits.
**Qualifications:**
○ Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, or related fields.
○ Work Experience: At least 3 years of full-scale accounting experience in a medium-sized enterprise, and at least 1 year of experience as an accounting supervisor.
○ Professional Skills: Proficient in Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards, and familiar with import and export customs procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
○ Holding a locally recognized accountant/tax agent qualification in Indonesia or internationally.
○ Work experience in the trading industry, import/export industry, or overseas subsidiaries of Chinese-funded groups.
○ Proficient in using Indonesian local financial software and Kingdee system, and familiar with WPS/OFFICE office software.
○ Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English.
