Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Finance, Management, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in finance administration is an advantage.
- Familiar with cash flow management and cash & bank transactions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal Traits: Honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily finance operations including cash and bank transactions.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure operational fund availability.
- Process operational payments, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.
- Verify payment requests and supporting documents before processing.
- Coordinate with internal departments related to finance transactions.
- Ensure finance processes comply with internal procedures and approvals.
