FINANCE STAFF

We are looking for a Finance Staff responsible for handling core finance operations, including daily transaction recording, bank & cash reconciliation, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

This role focuses on accurate financial data management and reporting, as well as supporting AR/AP monitoring and audit preparation. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work with structured financial processes and deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage daily financial transaction recording (cash & non-cash) with high accuracy
• Perform regular bank, cash, and financial statement reconciliation
• Prepare periodic financial reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Develop and manage budgeting (budget vs actual) in a disciplined manner
• Conduct financial forecasting to support business planning
• Perform financial analysis to support management decision-making
• Monitor and control AR/AP (accounts receivable & payable)
• Prepare data for internal and external audit requirements
• Ensure financial data is accurate, clean, and reliable for reporting purposes

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting / Finance or related field
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (debit-credit, journal entries, ledger, financial statements)
• Proficient in Excel (required: VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, intermediate formulas)
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis concepts
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail (zero tolerance for data errors)
• Able to work under deadlines and operational pressure
• Strong discipline in SOP, reporting structure, and workflow compliance

ADDED VALUE (PREFERRED)

• Experience in preparing financial reports independently
• Familiar with accounting software (Accurate, SAP, or similar systems)
• Basic knowledge of taxation (VAT & Corporate Income Tax basics)
• Experience in multi-branch or fast-paced business environments
