Job description for Finance Staff at Semesta Network
Deskripsi
- Managing the GL reporting and processing journals
- Accounts Payaple and Receivable: Process and review invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
- Prepare and send customer invoices, monitor account receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Collaborate with other departements to ensure accurate financial data and support decision-making processes.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, recommendations and opportunities for improvement.
- Perfomance revenue analysis for each customer
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for both internal use, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Revenue reconciliation to make sure that issued invoices, journal entries, and tax numbers are inline
- Preparing monthly tax (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPN)
- Collaborate with the finance team to produce regular financial updates for management
- Assisting the finance manager as needed
Kualifikasi :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Brevet AB is a must, Brevet C is a plus
- Minimum 3 year work experience.
- Past working experience in an accounting firm or consultancy environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with handling multiple accounts and financial reporting.
