Job description for Finance Staff at PT ASputra Perkasa Makmur (ASPM - Paranje)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting & etc
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Strong computer skills, Ms. Excel (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Excellent analytical skills to manage large amounts of data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and effectively
- Attention to detail, accuracy, Ability to prioritize work

Responsibilities:
- The Finance Staff supports the Head of Finance in preparing payment daily transaction in timely manner
- Daily transactions (payment), including account payable report (aging), general ledger & bank reconciliations
- Support month end & year end closing
- Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records
- Checking & filling finance documentations
- Input finance transaction to system
