Job description for Finance Officer at PT NCS Consultant Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and reconcile daily bank balances across all company bank accounts to ensure accuracy and sufficient cash availability.
- Process and manage all company payments, including vendor payments, employee payroll, rent, utilities, and other operational expenses.
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing fund transactions, ensuring timely and accurate updates in financial records.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain supporting documents for payment transactions, invoices, and financial reports.
- Record and post financial transactions, including receipts and payments, into the accounting system (Accurate).
- Prepare and issue invoices, monitor outstanding receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.
- Manage treasury and banking administration, including corporate bank account opening, bank-related documentation, and cash flow monitoring.
- Maintain proper filing and administration of financial documents, petty cash, e-Materai, GoCorp usage, and other finance-related records.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field from reputable university
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, or related positions.
- Fluent in English
- Experience handling cash management, bank reconciliation, payment processing, and financial administration.
- Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Accurate, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, journal entries, and financial documentation.
- Experience in payroll processing and invoice management is an advantage.
