Job description for Finance Manager at PT. Puri Prima Persada
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage overall finance, accounting, and tax functions,
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports,
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance (VAT, corporate tax, etc.),
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management,
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies,
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external parties,
- Lead and develop the finance & accounting team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax
- Proven experience in managerial level
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with high integrity
- Fluent in English is MANDATORY (both spoken and written).
