Job Description
1. Financial Documentation and Reporting:
- Assist in preparing financial statements, budgets, and reports.
- Support data entry, verification, and reconciliation tasks for financial records.
- Assist in weekly reporting to track key financial metrics
2. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Process invoices, track payments, and manage receivables.
- Assist in validating weekly and monthly invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions.
3. Monthly Closing Process:
- Assist in the monthly financial closing process, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Support in identifying and resolving discrepancies during month-end close.
4. Tax and Compliance:
- Help in preparing documents for tax filings and audits.
5. Support Internal and Client Projects:
- Provide support in managing client financial accounts if necessary.
Requirements
- Active university student in 6th semester or above, or a fresh graduate majoring in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, Vlookup, basic formulas).
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and analytical.
- Able to work both independently and in a team.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months.
- Based in Jakarta
