Finance Executive

I. Duties
· Assisting the leader in building/conducting/monitoring financial goals/plans, short- and long-term budgets in the company's business operations.
· Support periodic/extraordinary financial analysis to detect and resolve problems, assisting direct leader/manager in business decision-making process.
· Participate in the appraisal of business plans, new investment projects, business policies and evaluate the actual efficiency of company’s projects.
· Support work/documents with banks and other financial institutions in arranging capital for the company's operations according to the approved plan.
· Monitor and analyze the performance of business divisions, analyze potential risks.
· Support some basic accounting tasks.
· Prepare periodic reports on analysis of financial management activities, capital structure, financial risks, liquidity risks, and operational risks in the company's business operations.
· Other tasks under the direction of manager.
II. Reporting line
· The Finance Executive will report to the Chief Financial Officer.
III. Requirement
1. Education
- Graduated from the University majoring in finance, banking, accounting, auditing or related majors.
2. Experience
- At least 1-2 years of working experience as an auditor or financial analyst, and/or similar position.
3. Skills & Knowledge
- Fluent in English
- Basic Knowledge in accounting
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, ...).
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize problems.
- Dynamic, able to work under pressure.
- ACCA qualification or Big 4 consulting firm experience is considered a plus.
