Finance Executive
Job description for Finance Executive at DMK
We are looking for a Finance Executive to be a part of our vibrant and dynamic organisation. The individual’s key role would be to support the business requirements and goals.
Main Responsibilities for Finance Executive at DMK.
• Data entries for AR, AP into accounts systems
• Reconciliation of bank statements
• Assist in month-end closing and annual audit process
• Assist in Tax and GST submissions
• Prepare financial management reports for analysis purpose
• Process payments by cheques / internet banking
• Process payroll and handle payroll related matters
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma In Accountancy, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or ACCA
• Meticulous, accurate with a sense of urgency
• Good communication skills
• Good team player
• Minimum 1 year of experience in handling Book-keeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Accounting functions preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
