Role Description :
The Event Finance Admin is responsible for managing all financial transactions and administrative documentation related to events. This role works closely with the Finance and Event teams to ensure smooth event operations and compliance with company financial SOPs and procedures.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for all event-related transactions.
- Manage event petty cash and prepare periodic expense reports.
- Organize and archive financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Ensure all payments comply with company financial SOPs and policies.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring event expenses against allocated budgets.
- Reconcile event cash flow, invoices, and payment records.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records.
- Coordinate with the Finance team in preparing invoices for clients, vendors, and talents as needed.
- Manage payment processes, including tracking and recording incoming payments.
- Collaborate with the Finance and related teams to ensure timely payment processing.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Good understanding of financial administration and reconciliation processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in event, agency, or operational finance administration is a plus.
