About the role
A SHIPPING COMPANY is seeking a highly motivated and organised Finance and Administration Staff to join our team in North Jakarta.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Preparing and analysing financial statements and reports
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Providing administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and clients
- Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
- Supporting the wider administrative team as needed
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or administration role, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements
