Job description for Finance and Accounting at Hasibuan & Hasibuan Law Firm
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and record all company financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Perform bank, accounts receivable, and accounts payable reconciliations, and ensure proper cash flow control.
- Manage and monitor cash inflows and outflows to maintain company liquidity.
- Calculate, pay, and report the company’s tax obligations (Income Tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes) in compliance with prevailing tax regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Accounting Standards (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
