Job description for FINANCE & ACCOUNTING at PT. Sunrise Purification Technology
Responsibilities:
- Do all the transactions as journal entries of general ledger related to financial scope into accounting software used by the company.
- Conduct company's month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing procedure.
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Managing the income and expenditure accounts.
- Create invoices and tax invoices.
- Perform well for the calculation, payment and reporting of Withholdings Tax, Value Added Tax, Corporate Income Tax.
- Support required documents for internal and external auditor.
- Prepare and provide document and report required by management.
- Filling financial documents in a neat and structured manner.
Key qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance major
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience as Finance Accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software accurate and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- being able to Mandarin is an added value
