Job description for Finance & Accounting Executive at PT. DreamUs Edutainment Indonesia
Key Objectives and Responsibilities
- Prepare payments and calculate applicable taxes for each transaction
- Process AR, AP and anything related to finance
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders when required
- Maintain proper documentation and supporting records for finance and accounting purposes
- Support the implementation and monitoring of internal controls related to finance and tax processes
- Handle ad hoc finance and tax-related tasks as assigned
Qualification
- Minimum D3 / S1 degree in Finance, Tax, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in finance accounting roles
- Basic understanding of finance operations (payments, expenses, reimbursements)
- Familiar with finance or accounting software (Xero prefered)
- Exposure to VAT and withholding tax processes
- Able to understand and communicate in English
- Target-oriented and able to work with deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
