Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
-Experienced in budgeting, financial planning, and business strategy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Job Description:
- Lead and oversee all Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations
- Develop financial strategies, budgeting, and long-term financial planning
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly & annual)
- Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations
- Manage cash flow, cost control, and financial risk
- Provide strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making
- Supervise and develop FAT team performance
