Job Description
- Monthly generating and sending out invoices
- Tracking accounts receivable and chasing outstanding payments
- Daily recording transactions for expenses and incomes into the accounting system and the balance scorecard
- Monthly reconciliation bank statement, balance scorecard closure, and accounting book closure.
- Prepare a value-added tax report quarterly
- Monthly expenses payment computation
- EOY balance scored card closure, exchange rate review, and set tax payment schedule for the following year
Job Requirement
- Level: Junior/Middle
- Bachelor of Economics/Business Administration/Finance/Accounting
- At least 1 year of work experience in the same position
- Have knowledge of accounting software (Knowing how accounting software works). Wave accounting and Xero will be preferred
- Fluency in English-speaking
- Knowledge of cost accounting and reporting, MS Office (Excel)
- Knowledge of risk analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Carefully, actively, and self-learning
