Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum D3/S1 graduate in Accounting/Finance,
• Minimum 2 years work experience as FAT Supervisor, or FAT Manager and has worked in a Fintech Company,
• Having a Brevet A&B Certificate is preferred,
• Fluent in Mandarin,
• Have Certificate HSK
• Have used and know the Accurate system and DJP Online,
• Understand and have good knowledge of Financial Accounting and Taxation Standards in Indonesia,
• Have expertise in the field of Finance; Banking, cash flow monitoring, AR & AP,
• Familiar with working on financial reports and can manage Petty Cash,
• Have the ability to do a lot of work in a short time (multitasking), honest, thorough, detailed, proactive, and has good analytical skills,
• Strong knowledge of OJK regulation.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Prepare and manage financial reports such as Petty Cash, e-Invoicing, e-Payment Slip, e-SPT,
• Prepare bank reconciliation, transaction input, tax reporting (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26, UMKM),
• Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly and annual financial reports,
• Maintain confidentiality of important information and documents,
• Prepare journals, Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) documents,
• Assist and comply with direct superiors for any assigned work and tasks
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for direct superiors, and management,
• Perform other work related to the Finance, Accounting & Tax department
• Prepare and file regulatory reports with OJK,
• Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
