Job description for Finance Accounting Supervisor at Pt. Ipason Technology Indonesia
RESPONSIBILITY:
- Maintaining financial records and reports
- Have a knowledge in export and import
- Assisting with budget and close processes
- Perform month-end and year-end closing, including consolidation of accounts, reconciliation of ledgers and preparation/review of monthly schedules.
- Provides timely financial reporting requirements including internal/external reporting matters.
- Involve in external audit process, provide data required and fully support to finish audit on schedule.
- Stay updated on the latest IFRS and PSAK regulations
- Have knowledge in Tax
- Daily journal entry to accounting system.
- Preparing and listing general ledger (GL) or Sub GL and Bank Reconciliation.
- Preparing monthly/quarterly/annualy statements by collecting, inputting, summarizing information and supporting data and trends.
REQUIREMENT:
- English is a MUST and Mandarin will be an advantage
- At least 3 Years of working experience in this division.
- Required Skills : excel, accounting software (such as accurate, etc).
- Have problem solving and solution oriented skills.
- Have an experience job in online shop
