About the role
As a Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor, you will oversee financial operations, accounting processes, and tax compliance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with company SOPs. This role is responsible for managing financial reports, cash flow, tax planning, internal controls, and supervising the Finance Team to support business growth through strong financial governance.
What you'll be doing
1. Create Financial Reports along with analyzes for completeness of the Financial Reports
2. Create PPh (VAT) tax reports
3. Create tax planning and strategies
4. Provide analysis and predictions regarding potential corporate taxes
5. Create weekly, monthly and annual financial reports
6. Controlling the overall accounting process
7. Ensure that financial transaction reports entered into the accounting system have no errors
8. Carrying out internal procedures and system development to ensure all procedures run in accordance with applicable SOP
9. Supervise the work of Finance Team
10. Carry out tasks as instructed by Head and Management
What we're looking for
1. Bachelor's degree in Information System, Accounting, Finance, and Law
2. Minimum 5 years experience
3. Having a Brevet A&B Certificate is preferred
4. Mastering the Accurate system and other accounting information systems
5. Understand and have good knowledge of Financial Accounting and Taxation Standards in Indonesia
6. Have expertise in the field of Finance; Banking, cash flow monitoring, AR & AP
7. Have expertise in the field of Accounting; Financial statement, accounting journal
8. Have expertise in the field of Tax; PPh (VAT) and other tax regulations
9. Have the ability to do a lot of work in a short time (multitasking), honest, thorough, detailed, proactive, and has good analytical skills
10. Able to analyze and evaluate company risks and internal controls
11. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
12. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
