Job description for Finance, Accounting, & Tax Manager at ZMG Indonesia
Main Purpose:
To oversee our financial operations, project cash flows, and tax compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FAT, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in English (business level, oral and written) and Mandarin is a plus.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in telecommunication projects is highly preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel and deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project cash flows, working capital, receivables, and payables with sub-contractors/vendors.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with Indonesian PSAK and HQ reporting standards.
- Ensure accurate corporate tax compliance (VAT, WHT, Corporate Income Tax) and handle tax audits.
- Partner with the project team to monitor budgets vs. actual costs and analyze project profitability.
