Job description for Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) Staff at PT. Huaming Power Indonesia
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting & Tax (experience in manufacturing or construction industries is preferred).
Certification: Possession of Brevet A & B certificates is highly preferred.
Language Proficiency:
Proficient in English (both written and verbal) for corporate reporting.
Ability to speak Mandarin is a significant advantage for direct coordination with the Management.
Taxation Skills:
Expertise in operating Indonesian tax applications (e-Faktur, e-SPT, e-Bupot, and DJP Online).
Up-to-date with the latest Indonesian tax regulations, including the Harmonization of Tax Regulations (UU HPP) and Job Creation Law (UU Cipta Kerja).
Proficient in calculating PPh 21, 23, 25, 4(2), and VAT (PPN).
Accounting Skills: Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle, bank reconciliation, and the preparation of Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss).
Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software (such as Accurate, SAP, or other ERP systems) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Responsibilities:
Manage the company’s tax administration, including calculation, reporting, and timely payment of taxes.
Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports for submission to the Director.
Perform reconciliations between financial statements and tax reports.
Handle internal and external audits related to financial and tax data.
Collaborate with the HRGA Department to ensure tax compliance regarding employee payroll (PPh 21) and operational expenses.
Maintain a systematic and secure filing system for all financial and tax transaction documents.
