Job description for Field Service Engineer at Zinnia Marketing Sdn Bhd
We are looking for an English-speaking Electrical Engineer to join our team. You should be based near Jakarta/Bekasi.
Opportunity to travel to Malaysia and Singapore for motivated candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of food packaging and food processing machines.
- Troubleshooting machine errors when problems arise.
- Machine installation and parts delivery.
- Manage and follow up with Customer feedback.
- Support colleagues on leave
- And other ad-hoc duties as requested
Requirements:
- Comfortable entering raw meat factories and handling beef and pork.
- Working language is English.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, with at least 3 years experience in hands on industrial machinery repair.
- Skill: PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. AutoCAD is an advantage.
