Peran Dan Tanggung Jawab:

Melakukan follow up atau penelponan konsumen keterlambatan overdue up 4 (diatas 4) serta melakukan pemantauan pembayaran
Melakukan kunjungan lapangan serta melakukan penarikan unit bermasalah terkait pembayaran maupun indikasi fraud
Membantu melakukan reposisi (penarikan unit) terhadap unit B2B bermasalah terkait pembayaran ataupun selesai masa kontrak.
Memiliki skill negosiasi serta menjaga hubungan baik antara user dan perusahaan
Melakukan pelaporan berkala terkait pekerjaan harian, serta informasi perkembangan terkait user dalam masa proses pemantauan
Skip Tracing Skill

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal SMA
Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun di bidang collection
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi, dan komunikasi yang baik.
Berorientasi pada target dan hasil.
