Job description for Marketing Lead at MOI Group
- Develop marketing and brand strategies: Responsible for formulating the right marketing and branding strategies for the company's products or services. This includes developing a marketing plan, pricing, market segmentation and brand positioning.
- Manage the marketing team: Lead and manage the marketing team in the development, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns and brands. Set performance goals and objectives for each team member and ensure that marketing projects are completed on time and within the budgeted budget.
- Analyze market and competitors: Analyze markets and competitors, and determine the latest consumer and industry trends. Use this information to refine the company's marketing and brand strategy to make it more relevant to the target market.
- Manage marketing and brand budget: Responsible for managing company marketing and brand budget. This includes setting a budget, monitoring spending, and optimizing spending to maximize ROI.
- Develop advertising campaigns: Design and develop effective advertising campaigns to promote a company's products or services. This includes determining the right advertising tactics, selecting the appropriate media, and determining the most effective advertising messages.
