Job Summary
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, managing budgeting and cash flow, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and supporting management in strategic decision-making.
📌 Responsibilities
- Manage the company's financial planning and budgeting processes
- Monitor and control cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management
- Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants
- Develop and improve financial systems, controls, and procedures
- Lead and develop the finance team
🔖 Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
- Experience in managing audits and corporate taxation
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and cash flow management
- Having professional certification is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
