Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and quality standards.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and process improvement.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
Jobdesc:
- Assist the Factory Manager in overseeing daily production operations.
- Ensure production meets quality, safety, and productivity standards.
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, PPIC, Warehouse, and Maintenance teams.
- Monitor production schedules and achieve production targets.
- Ensure compliance with CPKB, GMP, SOPs, and company regulations.
- Analyze production issues and implement continuous improvements.
- Prepare production reports and supervise production staff.
