Key Objectives and Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance plans, aligning them with the organization's goals.
- Develop maintenance procedures and oversee repairs and installations.
- Ensure smooth facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Create and implement programs to maintain facility and equipment functionality.
- Develop and monitor facility budgets, seeking cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement necessary measures.
- Optimize space allocation, manage office relocations, and oversee remodeling projects.
- Implement environmentally friendly practices and energy-saving measures.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and readiness for crises.
- Work with internal departments, external partners, and senior management to address facility-related needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience within the same field (facilities management, engineering, or maintenance.
- Willing to learn and grow within the environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address facility-related needs and challenges.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, and repairing techniques.
- Knowledge of internet networking.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols.
- Good communication and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to communicate in English is a plus.
- Having knowledge of building systems is a plus.
