Job description for Fabric Sourcing at Busana Apparel Group
Job descriptions :
- Fabric quality thoroughly before initiating sourcing
- Look for appropriate source to develop or source fabric in desired quality as per customer
- Do price comparison from different sources to get better price to add on our bottom line
- Resolving any fabric issues with factory & supplier within the stipulated time
- Settlement of any claim amicably with the supplier w/o impacting our bottomline
- Continuous monitoring of team activities and guide them to follow correct SOP
Requirements :
- Experiences : 3 - 10 years in related field and position
- Bachelor degree of any field
- Working experience in Textile processing like Spinning/Weaving/Fabric dyeing/Printing
- Experience and knowledge of fabric development process
- Thorough knowledge about complete textile process
- Working experience in Garment Export house or buying house
- Knowledge of trouble shooting related to fabric quality issue
- Should be able to handle a team of 8-10 people
- Good communication skill
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta
