Job description for FABRIC RECEIVING STAFF at PT. Trax Sumbiri Indo

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Management, or a related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in garment or textile industry is an advantage
Good understanding of warehouse and inventory processes
Familiar with fabric specifications, fabric lots, shades, and receiving documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming fabric shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents
Check fabric quantity, color, width, lot number, and other specifications
Coordinate with QA Fabric team for fabric inspection activities
Record and maintain accurate receiving data and inventory records
Report any discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues
Coordinate with Merchandising, Warehouse, Planning, and Production teams regarding fabric availability
Ensure proper storage and traceability of received fabrics
Support inventory control and stock accuracy initiatives
