Job description for F&B Event Manager at Công ty TNHH Barbaard
Key Responsibilities
- Generate creative and unique themes for public events to align with the brand’s image and attract target audiences.
- Design all public events with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Leverage your extensive network in Hanoi's entertainment industry to book top quality event performers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events, driving awareness (including social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships) to maximize event attendance.
- Manage budgets and financial aspects related to event planning, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.
- Track event metrics (attendance, revenue, guest feedback) and prepare post-event reports
- Maintain relationships with existing performers, sponsors and partners, while continuously expanding our network.
- Ensure that all events comply with local regulations and hotel policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management, preferably within the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Strong connections within Hanoi's entertainment scene and knowledge of local performers.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative thinker, capable of developing unique event concepts and packages.
- Strong negotiation and budget management skills.
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
