Job description for Export-Import Document Specialist at PT. Silk Route Trade Services Indonesia
Job Description
• Handle and monitor shipments from customer locations to final destinations
• Check and handle all import and export documents before and after shipments arrive
• Perform import and export administrative records
• Ensure all import and export documents comply with government regulations and requirements
• Liaise and negotiate with Shippers, Consignees, Agents and Customers
• Resolve problems or complaints that arise
• Assist the sales division
Requirements
• Age below 35 years old
• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Transportation or logistics
• Fresh graduates and graduates outside of logistics and Transportation are welcome to apply if they have similar Qualifications and experience
• Have good teamwork, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Preferably fluent in English both spoken and written
• Proficient in using computer (Ms. Office)
• Knowledge in export import forwarding is an added advantage
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
• Responsible and passionate
• Able to work in a team or individually
• Have a good attitude, meticulous and hardworking
• Preferably domiciled in Jakarta or West Jakarta
Allowance
- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
Working Time
08.30 – 17.30 WIB (Monday to Friday)
