We are looking for passionate Customer Service Staff and Support Staff (CSSV Exim).

Job Description
- Handle and monitor shipments from customer locations to final destinations
- Check and handle all import and export documents before and after shipments arrive
- Perform import and export administrative records
- Ensure all import and export documents comply with government regulations and requirements
- Liaise and negotiate with Shippers, Consignees, Agents and Customers
- Resolve problems or complaints that arise
- Assist the sales division
Requirements
- Male, Age below 30 years old
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Transportation or logistics
- Fresh graduates and graduates outside of logistics and Transportation are welcome to apply if they have similar Qualifications and experience
- Have good teamwork, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Preferably fluent in English both spoken and written
- Proficient in using computer (Ms. Office)
- Knowledge in export import forwarding is an added advantage
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
- Responsible and passionate
- Able to work in a team or individually
- Have a good attitude, meticulous and hardworking
- Preferably domiciled in Jakarta or West Jakarta
Allowance
- BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
Working Time
08.30 – 17.30 WIB (Monday to Friday)
