Job description for EXPORT IMPORT CUSTOM CLEARANCE STAFF (JAKARTA) at PT. King Freight Logistics Indonesia

Job Responsibilities :

Handle Export and Import documents, such as Manifest, invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and other related documents
Manage communication with shipping parties, customs, and relevant vendors
Schedule shipments and ensure all deliveries are on time
Proficient in navigating Customs Systems (Bea Cukai) to generate PEB&PIB efficiently
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and procedures

Qualifications :

At least 1 year of work experience in import & export administration or logistics, including handling customs documents, shipment coordination, and customs procedures
Good understanding of customs, import-export regulations, and procedures
Adaptive and communicative
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Basic proficiency in English, both spoken and written (fluency is a plus)
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
