Job Qualifications:
- Minimum education of Diploma III/Bachelor's degree in Business/Administration/Management, Secretarial Studies, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Good personality and pleasant to work with
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to perform administrative tasks (Microsoft Office, correspondence, document filing, scheduling/arranging meetings/managing business trips)
- Understanding of procedures, regulations, licenses, supporting documents for export-import, and required permits
- Detail-oriented and flexible
- Quick learner, energetic, and able to communicate at all levels
- Able to multitask effectively and efficiently
- Ready to Onsite in Bantul, Yogyakarta
