About Physiorehab
Physiorehab is one of Indonesia's growing physiotherapy clinic networks committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. As part of our expansion strategy, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Expansion Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of new branch openings across Indonesia.
This role is responsible for ensuring every expansion project is completed efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the company's operational standards.
Job Responsibilities
Expansion Planning
- Develop and execute branch expansion plans aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Conduct market research, demographic analysis, and competitor analysis to identify potential locations.
- Evaluate business opportunities and prepare feasibility studies for new branches.
- Prepare project timelines and ensure all milestones are achieved.
Project Management
- Manage the end-to-end process of opening new branches.
- Coordinate renovation, procurement, and branch setup activities.
- Ensure each project is completed according to schedule, budget, and company standards.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues that may impact opening timelines.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with landlords, contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and government agencies.
- Negotiate project-related agreements when necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders.
Cross Functional Coordination
- Work closely with HR, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Procurement, and IT teams to ensure smooth branch openings.
- Ensure every department completes its responsibilities according to the project timeline.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and progress updates.
Compliance & Operational Readiness
- Ensure all permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements are completed before opening.
- Monitor branch readiness, including facilities, equipment, operational systems, and supporting infrastructure.
- Ensure new branches are fully operational before launch.
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
- Track project budgets and timelines.
- Report project status, risks, and recommendations to management.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Expansion, Project Management, Business Development, Operations, Construction Project, or related fields.
- Experience handling branch expansion or new outlet opening is highly preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, retail, F&B, hospitality, or multi-branch businesses will be an advantage.
