Job description for Executive Secretary at Assembly Works HR Pte Ltd

Roles and responsibility:
1. Provide secretarial support to company top management
2. Manage calendars and appointments for executives
3. Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
4. Assist in corporate secretarial matters including Company incorporations, striking off Company, secretarial records
5. Conduct Client due diligence (CDD) procedures and record documentation
6. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
· Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
· Able to work both in a team environment and independently.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Organised, detailed-oriented and responsible
· Able to work in fast-paced environment and multi-task
· Prior experience in corporate secretarial work will be advantages but inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply.
· On job training will be provided.
