JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead daily kitchen operations and food preparation

Craft and innovate menu offerings with creativity and consistency

Ensure outstanding food quality, presentation, and taste

Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to deliver excellence

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards

Manage inventory, control costs, and reduce waste

Plan seasonal specials and keep the menu exciting

Create a smooth and organized kitchen environment

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as Executive Chef or Head Chef

Strong skills in cooking techniques and kitchen management

Leadership, communication, and team management abilities

Consistency in maintaining high standards under pressure

Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
