Job description for EXECUTIVE CHEF at Gulapadi Surabaya Jatim

KUALIFIKASI:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Tata Boga, Perhotelan, atau bidang terkait
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di bidang kuliner, dengan minimal 2 tahun di posisi Head Chef / Sous Chef / Executive Chef.
  • Berpengalaman dalam mengelola operasional dapur serta memimpin tim kitchen (Cook, CDP, Commis, Steward).
  • Mampu menyusun dan mengembangkan menu sesuai konsep brand serta menjaga konsistensi rasa dan kualitas makanan.
  • Memahami food costing, COGS, inventory control, dan efisiensi bahan baku
  • Memahami standar food safety & hygiene serta mampu memastikan kebersihan dan kerapihan area dapur.
  • Memiliki jiwa leadership yang kuat, tegas, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
