Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Chef (preferably with multi-outlet or central kitchen exposure)
- Strong understanding of food safety standards (HACCP certification is a plus)
- Proven experience in managing large-scale kitchen operations and teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle operational challenges
- Willing to travel and be mobile across multiple locations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
Job Description:
- Responsible for maintaining kitchen operations across all MBG locations (±40 sites)
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and food safety standards are consistently maintained
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of kitchen performance
- Develop and ensure the implementation of kitchen SOPs across all outlets
- Provide training and coaching to kitchen teams at each location
- Monitor raw material usage and ensure operational efficiency
- Coordinate with the operations team to improve and optimize kitchen performance
