JOB VACANCY – EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Lawgika is currently seeking a professional candidate to join our team as an Executive Assistant, who will support the Director and Commissioner in administrative matters, internal operations, business coordination, and communication with external parties.

Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Assist the Director and Commissioner in daily work activities.

•⁠ ⁠Manage meeting schedules, work agendas, and appointments with clients, vendors, partners, and other external parties.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare documents, meeting minutes, meeting follow-ups, and other administrative requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in internal coordination related to employees, SOPs, company documents, and office operational needs.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in following up with sales prospects and coordinating with prospective clients when required.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in sourcing, comparing, and communicating with vendors according to the company’s needs.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in basic checking of invoices, payments, accounting, tax, and supporting documents.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain the confidentiality of company information, documents, and communications.

•⁠ ⁠Perform other duties assigned by the Director and Commissioner.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from any major.

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field.

•⁠ ⁠Native-level proficiency in Mandarin.

•⁠ ⁠Native-level proficiency in English.

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of accounting and taxation.

•⁠ ⁠Strong administrative, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented, well-organized, agile, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

•⁠ ⁠Able to manage work priorities and meet deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools.

•⁠ ⁠Professional appearance, high initiative, and able to work independently.

Work Location: Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta
