Job description for Executive Assistant at Partipost Indonesia
- Works directly with the Executives to support all aspects of his daily routine.
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary; capable of resolving most issues and requests independently.
- Administrative duties include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, claims submissions, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials and overall management of the calendar.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of Executives.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Maintain various records and documents for Executives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Driven, resourceful and good working attitude
- Team player, able to work well with multiple stakeholders and build rapport in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity, independent and committed with high level of initiative
- Experience in both technical & non technical hiring
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
