Job description for Executive Assistant to Director at 8 Degree Projects
- Work alongside Director for day-to-day running of the business
- Manage diaries, daily task, organize meetings and appointments, incl. manages meeting arrangement
- Manage Director's travel arrangements
- Act as Director's contact, handle inquiries & request from internal team and external parties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail communication
- Ensure incoming correspondence is dealt accordingly, either by the Director/or on behalf of the Director
- Data management and document filing, both personal and company related
- Assist in research, fact-findings, and budgeting
- Prepare and liaise with relevant business area to produce reports
- Manage and arrange overseas company compliances
- Note taking
- Assist Director in new restaurant projects, incl. liaises and negotiate with vendors, coordinate with project team resources Performs any additional duties as directed by General Manager
