Role Focus
As an Events Assistant, you will join a dedicated events operations team responsible for delivering seamless attendee experiences and ensuring event activities run efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for students who want more than a conventional part-time role and are looking to build valuable professional skills through real-world experience.
This is a flexible, on-site events operations role designed for students seeking meaningful, hands-on exposure beyond typical part-time work. You will gain direct experience in live event execution, guest experience coordination, and on-ground operations within structured, high-energy environments.
What You'll Do
- Support guest registration, reception, and directional assistance
- Assist with ushering, seating arrangements, and crowd flow management
- Contribute to event setup, teardown, and basic logistics coordination
- Help maintain program flow through timing support and transition coordination
- Optional: assist with basic content capture (photos and short video clips)
