About Apiary
Through Apiary Academy, we wish to contribute to the growth of Indonesia's next leaders by providing practical digital skills training programs to create a Smarter Indonesia - starting with Product Management Training Program.
We're looking for an Events and Community Associate who is passionate in Product Management who could help us reach millions of Indonesians with our training programs!
Your responsibilities as a Events and Community Manager
- Create and implement strategies to grow the number of active community members
- Responsible to plan and run experiments and campaigns to grow community members, complete with data analysis and review
- Build close relationship with our partners and members
- Create and share contents related to Product Management in our communication channels
- Encourage conversation among the community members by creating fun activities and giveaways or other initiatives
- Coordinate with other divisions (Marketing, BD, Data, Events) to ensure smooth implementation of strategy
- Creating a feedback loop with our community members
Qualifications
- Excellent in communication and public speaking skills
- Passionate in community building and events
- Have interest in product management
- Ambitious, Fast-learner, creative and passionate in problem solving
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Possesses excellent design and copywriting skills
- PLUS: If you have experience working in edtech / education
