Job description for Event Staff at Coinfest Asia
Coinfest Asia is looking for an Event Experience Coordinator to join our Experience division for the upcoming event. In this role, you will be the person behind two key activations, as well as handling on-ground activation for our event partners. You'll work closely with the production, creative, and partnership teams to ensure every touchpoint delivers a memorable experience for our attendees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and operate LED display content during the event, ensuring real-time updates and accurate information are shown throughout the venue.
- Plan, coordinate, and run the Treasure Hunt activity end-to-end, from route and clue setup to on-ground execution and participant management.
- Sync LED display content with Treasure Hunt progress and activity milestones to create a connected experience for attendees.
- Coordinate and execute event activations from partnership agreements, ensuring each activation runs smoothly and meets partner expectations.
- Liaise with partners, vendors, and internal teams during pre-event preparation and on-site execution.
- Monitor activation areas and troubleshoot issues in real time during the event.
- Prepare post-event documentation and reports related to activations and experiences handled.
REQUIREMENTS
- Based in Bali or willing to be fully on-ground in Bali for the event period.
- 1–2 years of experience in event organizing, event production, or a related field.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to problem-solve on the spot.
