Position: Sales Manager
Locatiion : Denpasar, Bali

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  2. Generate new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C markets.
  3. Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  4. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective clients.
  5. Identify customer needs and provide tailored event solutions.
  6. Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  7. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  8. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the event planning and execution process.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful event outcomes.

Requirements

  1. Associate Degree (Diploma) or higher in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  2. 5–10 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  3. Fluent in English both spoken & written.
  4. Strong experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
  5. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  7. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
  8. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  9. Passion for the events industry is highly preferred.
