Position: Sales Manager
Locatiion : Denpasar, Bali
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Generate new business opportunities across both B2B and B2C markets.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored event solutions.
- Lead sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful event outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate Degree (Diploma) or higher in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Fluent in English both spoken & written.
- Strong experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and develop growth opportunities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Passion for the events industry is highly preferred.
