Job description for Event Production at Teman Startup
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from pre-event to post-event.
- Develop event concepts, timelines, rundowns, and operational plans based on event objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, speakers, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Contact and manage technical vendors including sound system, stage, lighting, multimedia, and other production needs.
- Supervise on ground operations and handle event execution during event days.
- Act as the PIC (Person in Charge) for venue coordination and operational readiness.
- Manage event logistics, technical needs, and on site operations to ensure smooth event flow.
- Prepare post-event evaluations and reports to support future event improvements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Passionate about event management, production, and community activities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and event operations simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to solve problems quickly on-site.
- High mobility and willing to travel or attend on-site meetings/events when required.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and flexible working hours during event periods.
