Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Japanese Language, Japanese Studies, or other relevant fields.
- JLPT N3 or above with strong verbal and written Japanese communication skills.
- Passionate about Japanese entertainment, events, and pop culture.
- Experience in event management, event production, exhibition, concert, festival, or entertainment industry will be an advantage.
- Able to operate Microsoft Office application including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and capable of adapting to changing situations.
- Able to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations effectively.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and travel outside Jakarta when required for events.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime when required during event preparation and event days.
- Overtime compensation will be provided in accordance with company policy.
- Candidates who can start immediately will be preferred.
