Job description for Event Organizer (Freelance) at PT Bintang Anugerah Surya Semesta
We are looking for a professional and organized Event Organizer (Freelance) to support the planning and execution of training programs in both offline and online formats. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating event operations, managing technical and administrative preparations, liaising with trainers and participants, and ensuring the program runs smoothly according to the schedule.
In this role, the candidate will also serve as the Master of Ceremony (MC), leading the event flow, delivering opening and closing sessions, introducing speakers, and maintaining a professional and engaging atmosphere throughout the program.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and implementation of offline and online training programs
- Coordinate with trainers, participants, vendors, and internal teams
- Manage event rundown, attendance, logistics, and technical requirements
- Act as MC during training sessions and ensure smooth event flow
- Assist in post-event documentation and reporting
- Qualifications
- Experience in event organizing, training coordination, or similar roles
- Confident in public speaking and hosting formal events
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Familiar with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms
- Flexible and available based on project schedule
